Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
Experience with project management organization and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a data center/operations/computing infrastructure-related role, and in multi-tiered distributed application environments.
Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
Experience in developing and implementing operations growth strategies across geographical locations.
Experience with AI tools and how best to utilize custom-AI agents to drive knowledge and skill development in the field.
Results-oriented with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with ability to translate direction into actionable plans.
