Job Description:
This role will include focusing on the following:
Advise on the legal implications of new SMB and Enterprise products, services and experiences being developed for and launched in the U.S.;
Provide advice for Sales, Small Business, Enterprise and PublicRelations/Communicationsmarketing initiatives, including financial services marketing, on digital communications, email, content marketing, press releases and various types of sponsored content;
Fully engage with compliance groups, product, and other legal teams to provide comprehensive advice to the marketing and sales businesses, consistently applying knowledge of the FTC and CFPB rules and regulations and the current legal and regulatory framework;
Provide guidance on claim substantiation, reviewing analytic reports, surveys, whitepapers and other corroborating evidence typically relied upon to support claims;
Participate in drafting and negotiating marketing-related portions of partner and vendor agreements;
Help to develop trainings and update marketing legal guardrails to meet the ever-changing landscape that evolves as new laws and regulations come into practice.

$99300 to $216040
