This role requires a mix of strategic vision setting and marketing channel expertise. This highly visible role creates a powerful opportunity to take your leadership, marketing strategy, and technical skills to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Lead and set strategic vision/test plan for select customer marketing program(s)
Lead development and execution of email, direct mail, Ease (app), push testing initiatives
Collaborate with analyst teams to understand business performance / identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
Synthesize research insights and marketing trends to identify new strategic recommendations to improve results
Serve as key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams including partners from: Marketing & Analysis (P&L owners), Creative, Operations/Production, Legal etc.
Influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations through excellent communication
Work proactively in an agile environment and identify when to work outside the process in whitespace
Ability to balance big picture strategic thinking with acute attention to details
This Associate should bring:
An entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, leadership, and creativity
Experience developing creative intent / briefs, leading and managing creative processes, and working with creative teams and agencies
Able to manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work
Multi-channel marketing and direct response experience, including direct mail and digital
A passion for leveraging data, metrics and insights to drive results and learnings
A curious mindset, ready to dig in on consumer attitudes / behaviors / trends, and draw implications for marketing
Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities
Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite (Docs, Slides and Sheets). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
A continuous learner who is always informed about emerging marketplace trends
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in multi-channel marketing
At least 4 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 4 years of experience managing creative processes and partnering with creative teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or MBA
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
5+ years of experience working in an Agile team environment
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing
This role ismeaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week)are enterprise- wide
