Your role:

As an IT Infrastructure Services Intern at Philips, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT Infrastructure Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Network Management: Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network systems to ensure seamless operations.

2. System Administration: Provide support in managing servers, databases, and storage on premise and on cloud solutions to maintain data integrity and system performance.

3. Technical Support: Offer technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.

4. Project Assistance: Collaborate on various IT infrastructure services projects, contributing to planning, execution, and documentation.

You'll be part of a collaborative IT infrastructure team, reporting to a local leader. You will also interact with various stakeholders around the world including senior managers, IT support staff, network engineers, database administrators, and end-users across different departments.You're the right fit if:

• Previous experience or coursework in IT infrastructure, networking, or system administration is advantageous
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of network configurations, server management, and IT security principles.
• Currently in your last year pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cisco certification (such as CCNA) is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on tasks and projects
