Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assist with the review and processing of manual payments.
- Support the team in handling vendor master queries.
- Help with internal and external audit requests related to payments.
- Assist in bank account reconciliation and bank access management.
- Provide support in maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
- Help analyze and improve business operations across the payment process.
- Support the application of LEAN methodology in practice.
What We Are Looking For In You:
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in Polish (C1), any other language is a plus.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
