Our graduate roles include a diverse range of activities, designed to enable development through on the job experiential learning, this will include:
- Assist in the planning and design of rail engineering projects ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform material testing and analysis to ensure the quality and sustainability of materials used in construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Promote sustainable practices and innovative solutions in civil engineering projects to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications:Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Outstanding academic performance & an inquisitive nature.
