They will need to build trusted partnerships to enable great experiences and to develop, build, run, and improve consistent, predictable, and measurable processes and services that align with policies, procedures, and expectations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in proposal development or technical communications,
  • Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to lead conversations that identify strategic and value messaging,
  • Comprehensive awareness of Sales and Presales lifecycle across IT services
  • Demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones (UTC+1 to UTC+3) and geographies on deadline-driven schedules,
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate pursuit demands and act ahead of directed guidance,
  • Skilled in communicating clearly and with purpose in both written and verbal communications,
  • Organized and detail oriented with proven project and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently,
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, DTP a plus,
  • Comfortable working in a global environment across cultural boundaries, and
  • Approachable and can maintain a cool and focused persona under pressure in ambiguous or complex situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience,
  • APMP industry certification(s) that illustrate understanding of industry best practices and or Shipley certifications,
  • Working knowledge of Shipley methodologies, including capture management methodology,
  • Aptitude for understanding technical information to support sales teams and identify differentiators,
  • Fluent writer and speaker in English (additional language skills a plus),
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally, and
  • Flexible and willing to work off hours outside of your current time zone as needs dictate.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with global pursuit teams across technology and industry solutions to respond to clients’ business needs focusing on proposal compliance using Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) best practices,
  • Lead and manage large, strategic, and complex pursuit teams to deliver the OneMicrosoft message to commercial and public sector clients around the globe, driving project teams and crafting persuasive stories, proposals, and presentations for Commercial and Public Sector clients,
  • Drive development and delivery of customer-ready high-quality, compliant, and responsive bid and proposal documents such as budgetary estimates, proposals, RFP responses, sales presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW),
  • Manage teams and stakeholders creating clarity and delivering results to the team and broader organization,
  • Understand and translate technical requirements into client focused submissions,
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision,
  • Actively participate in ISPS quality initiatives designed to continually improve the deliverables that go to Microsoft clients, and
  • Effect routine or regular updates to tools and reporting that contribute to understanding how ISPS customers perceive the effectiveness of ISPS.
  • Use AI tools to improve performance, creating new and effective ways of working and producing outcomes.
