Your Tasks:
- In your role, you are the primary contact for customers regarding technical inquiries related to our software. This includes the automation and execution of build and deployment processes, as well as hosting on Amazon Cloud
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of parts of the overall system
- You develop efficient strategies for the deployment and operation of our software systems in collaboration with our development teams
- You are responsibility for technology and processes of our application monitoring
- You identify and resolve operational issues
- You conduct customer training sessions
