Manufacturing Engineer Key Areas of responsibility
BE in E&E, Mechanical, E&TC, Mechatronics
Holding 8+yrs of manufacturing operation experience.
Should have knowledge of Life cycle management for NPI and will be able to represent Operation in Handshake with R&D for technical changes required for NPI & LCM
Should have knowledge of complex assembly processes.
Chairs OCCB and drive smooth implementation of technical changes by involving cross functional team in efficient way
MIS reporting of OCCB to Ops & HIC MT on the progress and highlighting issues related to implementation
Representing Ops in teams at local and international level as subject matter expertise. These are: PLDM, engineering processes and master data, traceability and DHR
Contribute to achieve HIC objectives by continuous improvement (efficiency) of the change management process
Preparing and introducing new process changes that arise from Life Cycles Management / Business case across Global Healthcare division
Instructing Shop Floor Controllers and Production planners, for different material flows and the necessary entries in SAP, also documenting, archiving and maintaining instructional materials and working methods
Manage Phase in Phase out for NPI to ensure smooth roll out Production launch
Responsible for Establishing & Controlling the Process cost for different products
Should be strong in Consulting, Technically involved in delivering projects
Should be holding Team handling and Competency Building Attributes Should have knowledge on New Product Introduction (NPI), Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB) , Process FMEA , Product Troubleshooting, Jigs/Fixture development & Budget Preparation
