As a Regulatory Reporting Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with lines of business & key stakeholders to understand their products, understand how data is captured, and how to strategically source data into a cloud based big data architecture
• Work on regression testing on axiom for any regulatory change or business enhancements by doing grooming, testing & walkthroughs
• Execute on project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation
• Ensure the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle is agreed and followed, from requirements gathering to grooming to development to testing and deployment
• Provide regular updates to Senior management and stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge and experience of US regulatory reporting
• Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
• College/University degree in Finance or similar field;
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, delivery-focused individual who can work in a high pressure & fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• PMP certification a plus
• Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence is preferred
• Knowledge of data & business intelligence concepts including data modeling and/or dashboarding
• Skills and experience interacting with data including using SQL to query
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
