Description
- Work with Wireless SOC Test Station/Factory Support EPM on resolving silicon related issues.- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution. - Drive simple and effective processes from “lessons learned” to avoid quality and execution issues early in the development cycle. - Disciplined tracking, organizing and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management.- Coordination and management with other organizations (Systems, SW, Ops) to support connectivity silicon RMA’s during NPI and build phases.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS and 10+ years relevant industry experience.
- Previous Wireless Systems Validation/Integration experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience working in Wireless connectivity systems and/or SoC silicon development.
- Prior Wireless connectivity SoC product/test/validation and debug engineering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Wireless connectivity systems for 2 or more modern communications standards, WiFi /BT, and UWB Wireless connectivity systems/standards preferred.
- Extraordinary teammate and creative problem solver with the ability to lead technical teams and multi-functional groups against plans.
- High-tech industry experience with a track record of hands-on product development, program management, project management or engineering management.
- Detailed and dedicated with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
