The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Providing Customer Service support in the customer care process via defined channels
  • Liaising with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
  • Registration and consideration of customer complaints
  • Monitoring work queues for new requests and completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time.

Your Skills andExpertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:

  • Fluent French language (C1)
  • Advanced English language (B2)
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer-Facing – B2B experience nice to have, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience working with SAP (especially OTC module)/ SalesForce will be an asset..

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with a customer
  • Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted.
