You will see yourself working on a Mega project that’s never been developed before and part of a growing business.

Responsibilities not limited to;

  • Lead the civil and structural engineering team on-site, overseeing all related activities from design to construction completion.
  • Develop and review civil and structural designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Manage the preparation and review of technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure construction quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Identify and resolve engineering challenges, proposing innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Oversee geotechnical investigations and interpret results for foundation design and site development.
  • Manage budgets and resources for civil and structural engineering aspects of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Participate in project risk assessments and value engineering exercises.
Here's what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 10 years in energy and power projects.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, AISC) and energy sector regulations.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
