As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions that support our clients’ financial and operational decision-making. You will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, includinglarge language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services. Your leadership will ensure that AI-driven solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for our clients.

This role will be based inandcenter of excellence in Jordan and Egypt, with remote support for MENA client engagements. Travel may be required based on project needs.

You will also play a key role in growing our AI offerings, mentoring junior professionals, and shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with Directors and Partners.

Your key responsibilities

As a manager, you will be expected to lead the design, development, and deployment ofAI and GenAI solutionsacross diverse industries while managing project teams delivering AI use cases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, are production-ready, and comply with governance standards. You will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI implementation. Also will work on collaborating with data engineers, architects, and business consultants to integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems.

Moreover, you will be responsible to guide the adoption of(e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace), driving innovation in areas such as financial document analysis, reporting automation, and virtual assistants and ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, explainable, and aligned with clients’ compliance needs.

To qualify for the role, you should have

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related)
• Solid hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, or enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)
• Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows such as document summarization, search, code generation, or chatbots
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions
• Experience managing the full AI lifecycle: data prep, model training, validation, MLOps, and post-deployment monitoring
• A strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, as required

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Consulting experience with a top-tier firm
• Domain knowledge in sectors such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecom, or Retail
• Experience with data architecture patterns including data mesh, data fabric, or hybrid data strategies
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
