As a Sales Ops Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations function. Your responsibilities will include managing sales data, analyzing sales performance, and providing insights to drive sales growth. Your expertise in sales operations, data analysis, and problem-solving will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success. You will report directly to our Business Development Manager and you’ll work out of our Poland or Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring accurate and timely sales data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance.
Key requirements
Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Key skills and qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Experience in the technology industry.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends.
