Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Define opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Cross-border experience is preferred
