Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for significant clients within the segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of investor transactions and cash flow reports.
- Respond to client and investor queries promptly via phone and email.
- Participate in key initiatives and operational service reviews.
- Identify and implement improvements in service delivery and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transfer agency operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with the NSCC operating model.
- Proven track record in client servicing and operational excellence.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
