ABOUT THE ROLE
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is based in New South Wales. Responsible for South Eastern Sydney & Illawarra Shoalhaven regions
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in lines with divisional goals & objectives.
- Successfully complete the Urology training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an on-going basis.
- Work with the broader Urology team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Acting as the established contact for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC’s Urology business.
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required
- Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.
- To represent Boston Scientific values with integrity.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success, with a strong preference in the medical devices industry
- Prior experience with Urology products is desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships
- A good learner with the ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly
- Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Tertiary education in medical, science or business field
