Minimum qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Interest in and knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, Gaming industry, or MediaCo operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
- Independent, with the ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks and documents to support their position.
- Strong business sense with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
