In this role you will be responsible for programing a component, feature and or feature set. You will Work independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will also contribute to design discussions.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure

• Good understanding of Cloverleaf IHE Engine.

• Expertise on atleast one programming language - TCL, C++, C or Java or Python and demonstrate on the job learning if languages or technologies change

• You are able to work independently and with your team to deliver software successfully.

• Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision

• Your work is consistently of high quality in the problems assigned to you.

• You solve difficult problems, applying appropriate technologies and best practices.

• Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products

• Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results

• Apply principles of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

• Your code reviews tend to be fast and uneventful. You provide useful code reviews for changes submitted by others.

• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance

• Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using technology chosen

• Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.

• 3+ years experience in software application or platform development

Desired Characteristics

• Expert in Healthcare interfacing & interoperability tools & standards (HL7 and FHIR)

• Working experience in software development in Java, Spring, micro services and database systems (JAVA, REST, DOCKER, Kubernetes, Microservices, database like SQL server, Grafana & Prometheus)

• Experience with SQL database, query and performance optimization and database design is an added advantage

• Expertise on C++ is a big plus
