This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you’ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. You'll also team with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance. The team is focused on leveraging emerging technologies like Robotics, AI, Advanced Analytics to enhance various solutions being provided to the client and actively work in building multiple tools and assets for efficient and effective client delivery. Market Leadership and Client Responsibilities

  • Executive-level skills in client relationship management and the ability to hold conversations with senior management executives.
  • Partnering with onshore teams to understand client’s business & related industry issues / trends and conduct maturity assessments, and provide solutions curated to the client’s needs.
  • Drive-in business development initiatives along with client management and account management
  • Contribute towards developing strategy, operating model and enablers for Enterprise Resilience solution.
  • Build connects with client stakeholders, understand their business challenges/pain areas and work with leadership to propose innovative solutions
  • Support multiple innovation initiatives to enhance existing solutions leveraging emerging technologies like Robotics, AI, Advanced Analytics
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines, sharing your knowledge and experience to guide business decisions.
  • Monitoring industry news, tools and trends while suggesting potential risks, as well as opportunities to improve the way we work.
  • Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.

Quality delivery

  • Independently manage client assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple assignments and related project teams.
  • Meet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requests.
  • Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Demonstrate application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papers.
  • Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis.

People Responsibilities

  • Develop people through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback.
  • Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining, appraisal and training.
  • Contribute towards building and strengthening team competency.
  • Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.
  • Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

Decision-Making Responsibilities:

  • Support management in workforce planning, resourcing strategy, go to market strategy and demand generation.
  • Understand the business requirements clearly and lead practice development initiatives as required
  • Bring out of the box thinking mindset, and analytical thinking capability to enhance service delivery
  • Always maintain connections with clients to tap opportunities for constant growth and improvement
  • Understand the process gaps and propose preventive/corrective action where appropriate
  • Lead business growth, pursuits and client proposals for Enterprise Risk, directly working with the regional partners and Associate Directors

Knowledge, Skills and Attribute Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in team management, business development, end to end account management, and led delivery for multi-year mandates
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Resilience frameworks and performing assessments, etc. for Fortune 500 companies
  • Skilled at collaborating, motivating and guiding high performance teams.
  • Cognitive problem-solving capabilities, quick decision-making skills and ability to handle complex situations
  • Exceptional command on spoken and written English
  • Ability to think differently and innovate
  • Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations
  • Strong written and presentational skills; ability to communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
  • Possess a high standard of integrity and good work ethics
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Overall 12+ years of a “Big 4” or professional firm or professional industry experience in risk, Enterprise Resilience or Business Continuity management
  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar).
  • Good to have: Certification on Resilience/ Business Continuity such as CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301, EDRP, BCRP etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Responsible for the performance and appraisal of direct reports, including training and developing necessary skill sets to enable them to grow in their careers.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers.
