Provide support to Key Account Managers in the Display Sales Group. Create statistics and reports. Help organize and execute Display events, promotions etc.
Key responsibilities
- Keep contact with open market distributors
- Prepare daily, weekly, ad hoc sales reports
- Support the related Order Desk Staff and Supply Chain Management Coordinator
- Support the work of Key Account Managers and Product Managers
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Assist in organization and execution of Samsung events, campaigns, etc.
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties
- Provide general assistance to other staff as required
General responsibilities:
- Aware of the objectives of the position, reports and analyses the results and proposes future actions
- Responsible for obtaining results correctly and in time
- Responsible for using the assigned fixed assets properly
- Treat company information, operation and documents confidential
- Aware of the company policies and internal regulation and acts accordingly
- Perform other activities and tasks which are delegated to employee by the line manager keeping in mind the legal regulation
equirements
- min. BA/BSc degree or in last semester of university
- MS Excel, Word and Power Point literacy (experience in SAP is an advantage)
- Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Precise, organized way of working
- Ability to work under pressure
