Key job responsibilities
- Tech SOP driven task to drive code changes across multiple tier-1 services.
- Improving system monitoring (issue detection) and configuring auto mitigation steps (issue mitigation).
- Identifying automation opportunities and implementing it to optimize redundant processes.
- Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
- System and Support status reporting
- Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services
- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Good communication (Writing and speaking) skills.
