• Currently a junior or senior student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information science or related major.
• By the start of the internship program (~May 2025) candidates must have EITHER
  • At least two years of programming experience, completed courses in Calculus, Probability and Statistics and/or Machine Learning OR
  • Demonstrated training in at least one social science methodology.

Other Requirements

• Research Interns are expected to be physically located in their manager’s Microsoft worksite location for the duration of their internship.
• In addition to the qualifications below, you’ll need to submit a minimum of two reference letters for this position as well as a cover letter and any relevant work or research samples.
