Role and Responsibilities:
1. Engage with accounts for account onboarding which will involve account creation, raising CBPS request, sourcing IBA consent email, vendor registration in customer's portal, submitting seller docs, PBI bank letter and PBI line SIM raising.
2. Work with accounts for order execution which will involve finding selection options basis category/price range proposed by customer, negotiating through category/seller, IBOP file prep, EP setting (file prep, SIM and upload), QL lifting and order punching
3. Liaison with accounts to identify DEX breaks which will involve raising issue to CS, getting investigation done, close looping with customer and re-ordering products
4. Work on invoice reconciliation which will involve sending covering letters, mapping invoices to the PO (adjusted of undelivered items) and completing reconciliation for duesBasic Qualifications
· 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications
· Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing or in e-commerce.
