Your Key Responsibilities:

• Administer on-premises VMware environments and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize Windows and/or Linux servers (both physical and virtual)
• Configure and troubleshoot networking components in hybrid environments.
• Manage Veeam backups, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox administration, email flow, and security.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure health, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to solve complex issues and implement projects.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

• 2+ years of experience in a system administration role with a hybrid infrastructure focus.
• Solid understanding of VMware vSphere (or other virtualization platforms).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS).
• In-depth knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience with Exchange Online administration.
• Experience working with Windows Server and/or Linux systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
