Current Challenge
• Sales Team PDMs have been managing lot of sales process tasks which are not related PDMs core sales activities referring the appendix.
• PDMs need to mail or send text message to in charge functions for dealing with tasks during filed work so these are a big risk to drive their car also managing their customer visit schedules.
• Sales team has been focusing on sales effectiveness and efficiency through avoid paperwork thru company CRM systems (Insight+, SFDC, PowerBI) but many tasks are requested for emails and then not only check progress but also follow up frequently which are erode sales efficiency.
• Much time consumption for replying on customers requesting for monthly transaction history data in order to recheck by themselves because historically mismatching on price and AR balance.
• Sales team spend much of time to deal with AR & Customer payment checking, Credit management and preparing transaction historical data to respond customer request also issuing of complain.
Position request
• Provide outstanding customer experience on sales process thru timely manner effectively with Invisalign Korea including product lead-time checking, AR balance& Credit limit, payment status, patient management, iTero sales as well as deal with customer request delegable tasks.
• Provide accurate transaction data to customers without any errors such as pricing, PKG and monthly transaction history.
• PDM would focus on core sales activities for driving practice development and business.
In this role, you will…
- Overall sales process support for Invisalign Korea sales team
-Sales order support including delivery checking and expedite request
-Manage sales order and follow up including lead time also delivery schedule
-AR balance and credit limit support also transection data manage
-Deposit confirmation and follow up
-Demo equipment scheduling and arrangement support
-Sample delivery and logistic checking
-Check and give a treatment information not only customer but sales team
-Equipment service ticket
• Deal with customer request and inquire which are asked by sales team
-Transaction data checking and provide to customers
-Sales documents manage to provide to related internal functions
-Check the details in case of AR discrepancy and identify for noticing to customer also finance team
-Support patient management such as transfer and communicate CS team
• Various sales event support and customer data management in corporate with sales team
-Provide sales event materials to customers after event requested by sales team
-Checking and managing sales event participant list with sales team including logistics
• Fully understand each product sales process and set up more effective measures to provide a high quality of customer satisfaction and to improve sales efficiency
• Report weekly/ monthly sales process status and improvement area to sales head
• Internal document management of sales process
• Communication channel between sales and cross-functional team members for sales
• Communicate with a customer to handle the sales process
