- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Leadership experience in Business-to-Consumer marketing, leading teams to deliver results in cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with smartphone/electronic goods/leading marketing for premium categories with large online and offline retail presence.
- Understanding of Google’s competitive position, and demonstrated capacity for determining the optimal way to position products in the market and how to use media to achieve desired results.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with geographically dispersed teams to achieve shared goals and targets.
- Ability to take initiative, provide breakthrough strategy, and function effectively in highly dynamic environments.
- Ability to drive impact through Go-To-Market campaigns.
- Inspirational people leader with the ability to build diverse and inclusive teams, attract, and retain talent.
