DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities
• Engage with potential Brands/customers via phone call, email, seller visit and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
• Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
• Schedule meetings and develop new business opportunities to fuel program’s growth
• Support marketing event to drive education and lead generation through presentation
• On-boarding additional plants or production lines
• Communication and rollout of new features
• Provide Transparency / Brand protection related support to brands to drive brands to maximize their usage of Transparency services
• Conduct deep dive analysis on Transparency related issues and provide necessary support
• Collect brands’ voices and feedback
• Manage relationships with key accounts with high standard of seller experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-3 years professional experience
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting and penetrating business opportunities
- Prior sales experience and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving passion and service orientation
- Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's Degree or above


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- - Advanced Salesforce experience including the development of dashboards and reports.
- - Experience working with Brands or supply chain ecosystem.
- - Experience navigating complex processes/environment.
- - Public speech and presentation skills.
- - Event presentations, large and small online presentations.
