Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Service Delivery
  • Collaborate with Global Security Executive Team on initiatives around business resilience.
  • Assist end users (Region and Country Security Managers) to ensure they can comply with guidelines of the Security Global policy.
  • Provide expert technical advice on Global Security tools like CMP/BCP digital tool and Incident Management Experience (IMX)
  • Partner with internal team and development teams at GDS to develop and implement automation tools.
  • Monitor and report on the status of crisis management and business continuity initiatives to senior management and leadership.
  • Media monitoring and reporting to senior leadership around reputational risks to EY.
• Education & Experience:
  • Total work Experience of 6 to 7 years, people management experience will be an advantage.
  • Trainings and certification in Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business continuity preferred
  • Prior experience of working as a consultant or in a shared services environment
  • Master’s degree from a reputed college
  • Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information
  • Data analysis, data representation and dashboard reporting – Power BI, Power Automate
  • Strong logical and reasoning skills
  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Other Position Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work in a 24 X 5 environment
