Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in executive event management.
Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, and manage confidential information as necessary.
Ability to build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use effective acumen with decision making.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various range of people and job functions.
