Job Responsibilities
Project Coordination : Lead HRIS meetings, document minutes, and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
System Testing : Execute testing per standards, report issues, and optimize functions.
Requirement Analysis : Collect feedback, compile reports, and drive system improvement.
Training Management : Coordinate vendor-factory training, ensuring alignment with needs.
Documentation : Collaborate on operation guidelines and policy development.
System Maintenance : Conduct daily checks, notify vendors of issues promptly.
User Training : Deliver factory-wide HR training for new hires, annual refreshers, and new features.
Requirement Management : Analyze factory needs, report to management, and implement changes post-approval.
AI Exploration : Explore AI applications in HRIS and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Computer Science or HR-related fields.
Experience : 2+ years in HR system projects; manufacturing/HRIS implementation experience preferred.
Business Skills : Proficient in HR processes, able to translate needs into system solutions.
Technical Skills : Advanced Office user; Power BI/Automate/App and AI HR application experience preferred.
Language : Good English reading/writing.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
