Job Description*

As a Manager of Software Licensing Analyst, you will be accountable for the oversight and day to day management of all software compliance processes and ensuring the data is complete and accurate, strategic management and control of Third Party Commercial Software and licensing platforms in order to optimize the value, cost and risk of software. Overall responsibility is to manage and lead the analysts who will examine software license contracts, purchases and software discovery data and perform reconciliation and remediation tasks to ensure data quality, accuracy and completeness. Track, maintain and coordinate license and maintenance agreement renewals and procurement. Conduct software license and vendor research to support clients purchasing and contracting obligations. Ensure Quality Assurance of the work that is being delivered. Will work closely with Onsite team, subject matter experts, including product managers, technical product managers, enterprise vendor managers, systems architects and engineers to obtain critical vendor and product details required to manage software license compliancy.

Responsibilities*

• This role is accountable for the oversight and day to day management of all software compliance processes and ensuring the data is complete and accurate
• Overall responsibility is to manage and lead the analysts performing the various compliance functions to ensure the following:
• SLA’s are met for the various functions
• Operational metrics are reviewed
• Processes are followed for each activity
• Overall Quality Control, Compliance Governance and Audit Readiness

Requirements*

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Experience Range*

16+ Years

Foundational skills*

• Strong people management skills and understanding of the bank’s core values to develop high performing teams.
• Ability to interface with business and technical SMEs as well as executives.
• Process design & re-engineering competencies to drive process efficiencies, simplification and automation.
• 5+ Years Software License Monitoring Experience, Procurement, Ariba, Application Life cycle experience.
• Strong communication skills

Desired skills

• Strong Risk Management / Audit experience & Software Licensing / Contracting exposure, Knowledge of Software Asset Management principles and practices.
