Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in English and Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian fluently, to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
