You’re a seasoned SAP technologist with a sharp eye for problem-solving and cross-team collaboration. You bring:
8+ years of experience in SAP application operations, especially S/4HANA and ABAP
Hands-on knowledge of at least one non-NetWeaver technology (e.g. BOBJ, SAP Cloud Connector, HANA XSA, Kubernetes)
Strong communication skills for managing escalations and stakeholder engagement
Experience in cloud operations and support for private or public cloud offerings
A proactive mindset and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

Investigate outages, escalations, and recurring issues across SAP applications
Collaborate with product development and support teams to resolve complex cases
Deliver hands-on support and ensure timely resolution of service disruptions
