Key job responsibilities
The successful Quality Assurance Manager will be obsessed with customer experience, quality improvement, and challenge the status quo. In this role, you will:
• Hire, manage, train, and lead a team of Software Test Development Engineers, and QA Engineers.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution
• Scope, create and maintain end-to-end test systems
• Coordinate test approaches, test cases, and test methodology with remote teams
• Ensure the quality of our software exceed both advertising and shopping customers’ expectations.
• Dive deep into our testing methodologies to transform manual quality process to highly automated quality solutions.A day in the life
You will be deploying your technical acumen and experience in driving the development of maintainable, reliable automation deliverables that would withstand the test of time. You will be working closely with senior leadership, product managers, Sr. SDEs, SDETs, QA Engineers and highly motivated peers.

- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 4+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience testing web technologies and back-end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
- Experience in automation testing

- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
