The Role:

As Data Analytics and Planning Engineer you design, implement and operate planning applications and processes for different functional domains in SAP. This includes engaging with business to understand requirements, create concepts for process, data model and application design and most importantly implement and run the application for our users. You’ll work with latest technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. Besides engineering, you will also have the chance to explore new fields of technology that will make planning more intelligence, e.g. with with the power of AI.

Mandatory skills

• University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in a technical/scientific field or similar

• Knowledge and practical experience in semantical data modeling concepts

• Experience with SAP or non-SAP data and analytics technologies

• Practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BW/BPC)

• Motivation to proactively seek for process optimization and innovations

• a customer centric mindset and sense of ownership for the content that you create and the values that you add for your users

• Fluency in English

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

• like to work in multinational teams across the globe to jointly achieve great results

Beneficial skills

• expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW/IP), SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere

• planning process knowledge in specific lines of business like Finance, Sales, Marketing or others
