Experienced working with customers - deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
Demonstrated verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including communicating effectively with different business groups and project teams. Ability to collaborate with Persuade skills work as a team and with stakeholders across the globe.
