Uses an understanding of talent markets and complex candidate profiles, as well as growing relationships with new talent pools and communities with future potential, to identify and engage candidates for immediate and future talent needs.
Develops strategies to generate differentiated talent in emerging roles or highly competitive talent pools to meet long-term business needs (e.g., industry, technical recruiting).
Establish a proactive recruitment and targeted talent acquisition program to build talent pools in line with our succession planning and talent review programs
Build, own, and nurture candidate relationships, staying connected right through to the point of hire
Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent
Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements.
Attend, be active, and create events across Israel in order to hire top talents
Your Experience & Skills
2+ years of direct sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates.
Data-driven practices and abilities
“Can-do” attitude and a creative approach to sourcing
High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Amazing team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
