Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of solution architects
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to define the technical roadmap
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and industry regulations
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and drive the adoption of innovative solutions
- Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members
Role Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience as a solutions architect
- Proven track record of leading the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure solutions
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in the financial services industry
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions
- Deep understanding of API architecture styles (REST, RPC, GraphQL, etc)
- Proficiency in .NET / C# development stack
- Desired to be familiar with other programming languages such as Python
- Deep understanding of CI / CD concepts and experience with related tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc.)
- Strong knowledge of secure coding principles (OWASP, etc)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
