• Routine follow up with the sites & to challenge them towards the path to the target
• Yearly AOP inventory preparation

RM-GR & Path to target

• follow up on actions with the sites & commercial (weekly/monthly)
• Yearly AOP RM-GR preparation

Change Management

• Managing the project in sales force
• Routine site meetings for all projects
• Routine Teva & commercial meetings on all change management projects
• Supporting improvement projects on changes

• B.Sc./M.Sc./BE or B.Tech. in chemical engineering
• With minimum 7 years of experience in project management in SCM
