Marketing Operations Specialist MY
You will be reporting to the Marketing Operations and Planning Leader for APAC based in Australia.
Key duties include:
- Ensuring the brand communication through enforcing brand guidelines and policy in conference, partnerships, promotions and creative collateral.
- Managing conferences, sponsorships, all educational courses ensuring business objectives are met and delivered on time.
- Coordinating marketing budgets, process payments, reconcile budgets, tracking yearly expenditure vs. budgets.
- Taking ownership of digital marketing components for the team- creating landing pages for events and product launches and other campaigns, constructing digital newsletters, monitoring and amendment of Philips websites and ensuring all content is relevant and up to date.
- Supporting the commercial team with ad-hoc marketing related projects, and all associated operational duties.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- 5-up years’ experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and/or events management role, working within a B2B environment
- Healthcare background is preferred (Pharmaceutical or Medical devices) is highly required
- Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory process is highly preferred
- Channel partner management experience/exposure
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- A proactive and action orientated approach with the ability to roll out pre-developed strategies in a timely manner
- A creative mindset with the ability to deliver high quality marketing collateral
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects and operational activities
