ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop the new cleaning process
• To design evaluation plans to characterize the cleaning process
• To organize and execute the evaluation plans
• To summarize the evaluation results and identify process issues and/or opportunities
• To continuously improve competency in data analysis and cleaning process principles

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's/Ph.D.) may be preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in the cleaning process or related applications involving magnetic head fabrication

PREFERRED:

• Chemical or material or other related fields

SKILLS:

• Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Proficient in the use of data processing and statistical analysis software
• Process Development: Expertise in developing and optimizing cleaning processes for electronic components.
• Materials Knowledge: Understanding of the materials used in electronics and how various cleaning agents interact with them.
• Analytical Techniques: Proficiency with analytical methods to assess cleanliness, such as surface analysis, ion chromatography, and spectroscopy.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning equipment and technologies, including ultrasonic cleaners, vapor degreasers, and aqueous cleaning systems.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and leading junior engineers or technicians.
