FSRM Credit Management - Senior Consultant

Your key responsibilities

• Define and create business requirements
• Assess, structure, model and visualize business processes
• Identify problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
• Understand the underlying IT
• Prioritize functional and technical requirements
• Managing tests and ensure high quality of developed products
• Understand and ensure proper product implementation and delivery
• Communicate between various stakeholder (e.g. management, business, IT, etc.)
• Budget, plan and monitor projects / measures
• Report to relevant stakeholder
• Support team regarding different tasks

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep credit business knowledge incl. regulatory requirements
• Basic knowledge of data architecture and data analytics ​
• Agile and traditional project management / product implementation​
• Proficient use of facilitation tools and methods (e.g. Miro/Mural, MS office suite, etc.)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Deep knowledge of process analysis and modelling ​
• Understand data and IT strategy​
• Understand and know how to leverage important tech enabler (e.g. AI, blockchain, etc.)​
• Know and understand important digital enabler for digital transformation (e.g. RPA, BPA, cloud, microservices, etc.)​
• German - B2 or C1 certified

• Prior experience with a consulting firm, regulator, or financial institution preferred or a demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, client serving consulting environment
