In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of Record Management.
- Knowledge in SharePoint, Service now, SQL & Power BI
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
- Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology
- Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and designapproaches/programs/productsto improve overall quality assurance

Job Expectations:
- Supporting the Electronic Records (eRecords) Management Program processes, including validation, implementation, process improvements, metrics, and on-going program maintenance.
- Contribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks.
- Support team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards.
- Focal point for driving process change to streamline and improve effectiveness of application’s compliance to Wells Fargo Records Management. Including but not limited to Electronic Records and Information, Applications, Records Retention, Storage and Destruction Standards.
- Working with others in Records Management throughout Wells Fargo on compliance and remediation efforts.
- Coordination with key stakeholders and decision makers to disposition requirements and enforcement.
- Developing communications and reporting on eRecords program components and activities.
- Supporting and/or leading critical compliance and process optimization initiatives in the eRecords space.
- Bring in the technical acumen and excellent skills in excel, reporting, SQL server and any other BI tools
- Liase between the process owners and users and resolve the tickets
- Be flexible to undertake business and technical analysis relevant to ensure process optimization and efficient delivery
