Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience with field sales in the technology industry.
Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently at business level as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese and English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with commercial and legal negotiations working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or application software.
Experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
Ability to travel 2-3 business trips per month (mainly domestic) .
