We’re on the lookout for awho’s highly organized, action-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running. Based in Melbourne, this hybrid role is at the heart of our marketing operations in Australia. You’ll manage and coordinate a variety of exciting marketing activities, from roadshows and trade shows to creating impactful campaigns and collateral.
What you’ll do:
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop and deliver marketing strategies, including planning and promoting roadshows and trade shows.
- Create and roll out targeted campaigns that resonate with specific customer groups and products.
- Handle order administration and processing for promotional programs to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Take the lead on smaller promotions while assisting with larger-scale campaigns.
- Design engaging email sequences, webinars, and content to support our channel partners.
- Manage social media execution across multiple platforms to enhance our digital presence.
- Oversee the development and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure resources are used effectively and deliver the best results.
- Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Keep marketing operations running smoothly, including managing HubSpot CRM and generating reports.
- Craft professional PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize digital content and improve organic traffic.
- Keep our website up to date by efficiently publishing new content.
- Analyze data to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and better understand customer needs.
