You will partner closely with our product design leader and work with customers, partners, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. You will define and drive the execution of the UX strategy, ensuring design excellence is delivered in alignment with business goals, market needs, and the complex operational environments of law enforcement and intelligence organizations.
As a Cognyter you will:
- UX Strategy & Vision: Own and define the product vision for the next generation of user experience, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
- Customer & Market Insights: Collect and synthesize external and internal feedback, capturing critical use cases and pain points. Conduct in-depth customer discovery and validation sessions to ensure solutions solve real-world problems.
- Competitive Intelligence: Perform ongoing market research and competitive analysis to benchmark against similar and competing products, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Customer Environment Understanding: Deeply understand customer operational models, ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks to ensure the product design supports compliance and seamless integration.
- Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and maintain the UX roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical improvements. Translate feedback and research into clear product requirements.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with UX design, engineering, QA, product marketing, and sales to deliver roadmap items on time and at high quality. Act as the bridge between strategy and execution.
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Partner with product marketing to shape messaging, demos, and enablement for the reimagined UX. Lead customer-facing sessions to communicate the vision, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
