The position
The ADAS Algo group is looking for an Execution Manager.
What will your Job look like:
- Acting as a bridge between various algorithm teams and supplier teams- primarily data suppliers- you will engage daily with developers, product managers, project managers, engineers, and others.
- Ensure that information flows effectively, focus and priorities are maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly- often with your direct involvement.
- Your role will be to stay focused from start to finish, think creatively to find solutions, and guide all team members toward successfully achieving the defined goal.
All you need is:
- . in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in direct or a cross-team management role.
- Experience in leading activities and efforts in an organized development environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira -advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
