Key Responsibilities:
Provide critical and reliable support to the Marketing team, facilitating development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Provide administrative support such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and project management, to ensure smooth operation of marketing initiatives.
Help in creating visually engaging and informative presentation decks for quarterly business reviews and event and campaign briefings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key objectives.
Coordinate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure there is alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
Assist with organising and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows to raise brand awareness and generate interest in Rapid7’s solutions.
Contribute to the management of digital marketing activities such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
Perform light market research and competitive analysis within local regions to identify trends, regulations, and areas for differentiation which can be leveraged as promotional opportunities.
Assist with monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to optimise performance and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
Coordinate localisation of marketing materials for various NA markets, ensuring alignment with cultural and linguistic nuances. Review translated content to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving marketing systems and processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Manage the NA corporate gifting platform (Sendoso) including inventory and order management, to ensure effective utilisation and monitoring of ROI off the back of promotional sends.
Help elevate internal communication of the Marketing plan and activities to support stakeholder visibility, engagement and buy in.
Support of various Channel activities across your assigned region including Partner Roadshows and Summits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior internship or work experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or Cyber Security industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation and project management platforms (Marketo, Asana etc.).
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively for marketing campaigns.
Fluency in English
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
